SR Enterprises follows a professional 6-step installation process for every AC in Aurangabad — ensuring safe, efficient and long-lasting results.
📐
Step 1 — Site Survey
Technician visits to assess wall strength, pipe routing, electrical capacity and best position for indoor and outdoor units in your Aurangabad home.
🔩
Step 2 — Wall Mounting
Heavy-duty brackets are drilled and secured. Indoor unit mounted at optimal height — minimum 7 feet — for maximum cooling coverage.
🔗
Step 3 — Copper Piping
ISI-certified copper pipes are laid between indoor and outdoor units. Pipes are insulated to prevent condensation and heat loss.
⚡
Step 4 — Electrical Wiring
Safe electrical connection with MCB protection. Correct wire gauge used based on AC tonnage. All wiring done per IS code standards.
🧊
Step 5 — Gas Pressure Test
After piping, refrigerant pressure is verified to ensure no leaks before the system is charged and tested for correct gas levels.
✅
Step 6 — Test Run
Full test run performed — cooling checked, temperature verified, drainage confirmed. You receive a 90-day warranty card at job completion.
